Also known as a Spritz Veneziano in Italy, Aperol Spritz has humble beginnings as a simple aperitif, but has grown seemingly overnight to being one of the biggest hallmarks of the british summer.
Sweet and bubbly to the taste, quick and easy to make and excellent to share with friends - perfect for a summers day!
Glass: Wine
Ingredients:
• 60ml Aperol
• 75ml Prosecco
• 50ml Soda Water
• Orange Slice
Steps:
• Fill the glass with ice cubes
• Pour in the ingredients separately in order: Aperol, prosecco, then soda water
• Garnish with an Orange Slice
