You can do a lot more to a Daiquiri than just freezing them. For a bit more excitement, try using a range of different flavoured fruit purees, or use wild and whacky flavours of rum instead to really expand your palate!
Glass: Coupe/Martini
Ingredients:
• 50ml White Rum
• 25ml Lime Juice
• 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
• 25ml of any fruit puree to make it a fruit daiquiri
• Lime Wedge
Steps:
• Pour the ingredients into a blender
• Add the crushed ice to the blender shaker and blend until smooth
• Serve into the glass with no ice
• Garnish with a lime wheel
